WE HAD A BLAST!!!!!!
Video by NT Design and Media and Abby Frenes
We are so honored to have Stephony joining us at The Nashville Treehouse Art of Songwriting weekend. This is such a treat for all those attending. Not only is she a killer songwriter, she serves a mean plate of spaghetti and is a blast to hangout with.
She began her professional songwriting career in Memphis, Tennessee writing jingles for a major advertising agency. In 1989, after a successful career and 20 Addy Awards, she moved to Nashville and landed a publishing deal. Stephony has had cuts by a number of award winning artists including, The Dixie Chicks, Trisha Yearwood, Shania Twain, Barbara Streisand, Kenny Chesney, Martina McBride and the legendary Reba McEntire. Tim McGraw’s performance with his wife Faith Hill of “It’s Your Love”, written solely by Stephony, stayed at #1 on the singles chart for 6 weeks.
